About SigniaLink

We are a small team of engineers who enjoy making everyday business software calmer and more reliable.

A shared table with two laptops and a planning board on the wall

SigniaLink started from a simple observation: many growing businesses run on a patchwork of good tools that do not talk to each other, glued together by spreadsheets and late evenings. Large consultancies are too expensive for that kind of work, and one-off freelancers often leave behind code that nobody else understands.

We aim for something in between. We build software that is deliberately unremarkable: conventional languages, few dependencies, clear logs and written runbooks. Our favourite compliment is a client telling us, months later, that they changed something themselves without needing to call.

What we value

Clarity. Every project has a one-page description that anyone in the company can read.

Ownership. You own the code, the accounts and the documentation from day one.

Restraint. We would rather build a small thing that works every day than a large one that needs constant attention.

We work remotely and take on a limited number of projects each year. If that sounds like a good fit, we would be glad to hear from you.
